Privacy

We collect the details you give us when you create an account or buy a course (your name, email address and billing details) and records of your course progress. We use them to provide your courses and certificates, process payments, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

We do not sell your personal data. We keep it only as long as we need it for these purposes or as the law requires. Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. To do so, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Terms of use

When you buy a course you get a personal licence to access it for your own professional development. Please do not share your login or copy course materials. Certificates are issued in the name on your account for courses you have completed; please make sure your name is correct before you download a certificate.

Our courses support your professional development but do not replace your own professional judgement, your employer's policies or the requirements of your regulator.

Refunds

Courses are digital content that you can open immediately after purchase. If you have not started a course, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. Once you have started a course or downloaded its certificate, it is not normally refundable, but please contact us if something has gone wrong and we will do our best to put it right.
